Yes. All caregivers referred through our registry meet Florida requirements and are carefully screened, credential-verified, and background-checked prior to referral..

Yes. We coordinate caregivers to assist seniors, adults with disabilities, and pediatric clients based on individual care needs.

Yes. We coordinate care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Whenever you call our office, you will always speak to an office staff member of NICMOY HOME CARE SERVICES, We are “on call” for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your well-being is our #1 Priority. If you are not happy with your caregiver, we will work hard to find one who is the perfect match for you.

Unexpected events happen to everyone and we always aim to accommodate our clients. You may either cancel a shift or services all together with a 24-hour notice.

There are different options to pay, either out of pocket or through Long Term Care (LTC) insurance. As courtesy to our clients we send all the documents to the LTC provider and accept payment directly from the insurer. If you are paying out of pocket, you may choose to receive your invoice via email or regular mail and choose your payment option either via check, a debit, or with a credit card.
